New Windowpapers and Review Available
Posted on May 23, 2004, at 11:19pm MT
Lots of new today! We have added a couple new windowpapers,
a review from the Bangkok Post, and an announcement about our new support system which will be available soon! So let's get started...
May 19, 2004 -- John Diamond of New Zealand submitted
Aldo Sunrise and
Town Basin to the Windowpapers
gallery -- thank you for the great images John! We also have more on the way and
will be uploading them soon. Thanks for submitting your windowpapers everyone-
keep 'em coming!
January 28, 2004 -- Wanda
Sloan of the Bangkok Post wrote a review of Windowpaper XP which she graciously
shared with us -- you can find it here.
Thanks for the review Wanda!!
Due to all of the virus activity lately we have been force to revamp our support
system. We have a few ideas we are planning on testing...
- Part I : We will be filtering our e-mail addresses for any attachments,
if any are found, the message will not be delivered but rather returned to the sender
(minus the attachment).
- Part II : We will have a page on the site where you can upload an
attachment to us if it becomes necessary (i.e. special place to upload your
windowpapers).
- Part III : We will implement form mail for all of our e-mail address
so that you can e-mail us through our web site. Such security measures that will be
installed will be a simple code verification so that we know it's you and not a
malicious virus script.
We'll be testing our Security Proposal update within the next few weeks. A new article
will follow as soon as we get any bugs worked out. As always, we appreciate your feedback.
If you have any ideas you would like to convey about our Security Proposal or any other
matter feel free to contact us!
We have also fixed some little problems with the site and updated the
contact us section with some new e-mail addresses and refreshed
the departmental descriptions.
Finally, we wanted to say *Thank You* to everyone who has downloaded our products
and visited our web site! We are proud to announce that we've had a *quarter million hits*
in April and in May so far! We couldn't have done it without you! :D
